What "types of personal information" (as named and defined by the US government FTC) will be collected at SPEEDWOOD.COM?

SPEEDWOOD.COM is primarily an informational site for visitors to find out about LOST AND FOUND and about their concerts. No information is gathered from visitors unless the visitor to the site specifically inputs information in order to find out about upcoming concerts, subscribe to the monthly newsletter notification service, or to order merchandise. In these cases, SPEEDWOOD.COM will record a visitor’s name, postal address, e-mail address, and–in the case of a merchandise order only–phone number.

E-mails sent to us with comments or questions are responded to, but those e-mail addresses are not saved. The only way to get on our saved database of postal-mailing and electronic-mailing addresses at the site is to enter the information specifically for that purpose.

How will your "personal information" be used?

This personal information will be used to notify you of upcoming LOST AND FOUND concerts and to let you know when the current newsletter is available on the site. In the case of a merchandise order, your personal information might be used to contact you if there is trouble with the order such as exhausted stock, returned packages, or declined credit cards.

Will your "personal information" be forwarded to advertisers or other third parties?

No. We will not share your personal information with any advertiser or third party.
